Jurassic Theft is a 2D platform adventure starring a professor who travels back in time to gather dinosaur eggs for his planned theme park. His journey takes him through a prehistoric landscape filled with hungry creatures and hazardous crossings.

The core loop mixes exploration with precise movement. Collecting an egg is only half the task—you also need to find a safe route back toward the exit portal. Each level requires you to gather every egg before the exit unlocks.

Platforming challenges include moving platforms that demand careful timing and purple Jumper 2000 pads that bounce the professor to higher areas. Since the normal jump has limited reach and there is no double jump, choosing the right takeoff point is essential.

Enemies and environmental hazards add constant pressure. Velociraptors patrol ground routes, pterodactyls fly across aerial paths, a mosasaurus swims and leaps from the water, and a T-Rex pursues you through certain sections. Contact with any enemy or falling into water restarts the level, but there is no time limit, so you can study obstacles and plan your approach.

The game includes ten stages that unlock sequentially. Completed levels remain available to replay, and your browser saves your progress. Unlimited retries let you practice difficult sections and refine your timing.
