About Pokennection

Pokennection challenges you to sort 16 Pokémon into four connected groups before running out of lives. Each day brings a fresh board filled with deceptive similarities. Many Pokémon share obvious traits like type or color, but true connections often hide in deeper lore such as egg groups, evolution methods, or signature abilities.

You begin with four lives. Every incorrect guess costs one heart, and the puzzle ends if you lose them all. When you submit a group of four, the game checks only whether it is fully correct. Partial matches do not reveal which cards belong together, so each guess must be a complete set.

The board is not static. A shuffle button rearranges the cards to help you break visual patterns and consider new associations. Deselect All quickly clears your current selection, letting you rethink without dragging cards one by one.

Two modes keep the experience flexible. The daily puzzle is synchronized for everyone, letting you build a win streak and compare your deduction speed against other players. Unlimited mode offers endless practice boards without a daily timer, perfect for sharpening your Pokémon trivia knowledge.

Whether you are a casual fan or a self-proclaimed professor, Pokennection rewards careful observation and broad franchise knowledge. The simple click or tap controls make it easy to play anywhere, but the mental challenge remains consistently sharp.

How to Play Pokennection

Study the 4x4 grid of Pokémon. Look for four cards that form a hidden group based on a shared characteristic. That characteristic could be something obvious like type or color, but often depends on obscure lore such as egg group, evolution item, or debut generation. Select four cards and submit your guess. If correct, the group is removed and the remaining cards collapse. If incorrect, you lose one life. Continue solving groups until the board is cleared or your four lives run out. Use the shuffle button to rearrange cards and deselect all to start a fresh look.

Tips for Pokennection

Do not trust the most obvious similarities. Often five or six Pokémon share a visible trait like being Fire-type or blue, but those are rarely the true group. Look for less apparent connections by considering egg groups, special evolution methods, signature abilities, or debut generation. If you are stuck, use shuffle to see the cards in a new order, which can break visual fixation. Since every guess costs a life, avoid submitting a group unless all four cards feel strongly connected under a single, specific criterion. In daily mode, consistent play builds a streak, but do not rush—an incorrect guess can end the run immediately.
