Farflung

About Farflung

Farflung turns geography into a fast-paced daily challenge. Each day brings five new map-based puzzles that test your knowledge of places, borders, and landmarks around the world.

The twist is that rare answers score more points. It is not enough to be right; you want to be unique. That makes every round a mix of geography skill and strategic thinking.

You have 60 seconds to complete all five challenges, so quick recall is essential. The pressure keeps each session short and intense, perfect for a daily brain warm-up.

Your score improves as you learn to balance speed with choosing less obvious answers. Farflung is easy to pick up but offers plenty of depth for geography fans.

How to Play Farflung

Each day, Farflung presents five map challenges. Read the prompt, look at the map, and submit your answer before the 60-second timer runs out. Points are based on answer rarity, so uncommon correct answers earn higher scores. Complete all five challenges to see your daily score and compare it with your previous results.

Tips for Farflung

Trust your first instinct when the timer is running low; a common correct answer is better than a rare guess. Learn less-known geographic facts to boost your rarity score. Practice daily to improve your speed and build a mental bank of uncommon but correct locations.
