Quick overview

About City Ball

City Ball drops you into a perilous neighbourhood where every street is a gauntlet of trash cans, traffic cones, and solid blockades. Your rolling sphere never stops moving forward, so constant attention and rapid decision-making are essential. Each run challenges your ability to read the road ahead and react before hazards are right in front of you.

The core experience is a classic three-lane endless runner. You shift between left, center, and right positions to slip through gaps in traffic. Sometimes an obstacle spans all three lanes, and that is when your special shrinking ability comes into play. Activate it at just the right moment to roll underneath a full-width barrier, then expand back to normal size.

Collecting red diamonds during your run lets you unlock personalised skins, adding a touch of style to your sphere. A three-heart health pool gives you a small margin for error, but reckless swiping or hesitation will quickly end your street journey.

How to Play City Ball

Your sphere moves forward automatically. Use the left and right arrow keys to change lanes and avoid obstacles. When a barrier blocks all three lanes, press the down arrow key to shrink for a few seconds and pass underneath. Collect red diamonds to unlock new skins. You start with three hearts; hitting an obstacle costs one heart. The run ends when all hearts are lost.

Tips for City Ball

Keep your eyes on the horizon instead of directly in front of the sphere. Spot wide barriers early so you have time to switch lanes or prepare to shrink. Use the shrinking ability only when a barrier genuinely covers all three lanes; wasting it can leave you vulnerable. Avoid rapid lane switching, as it often leads to hitting an obstacle you could have avoided with a single deliberate move. Practice timing your shrink so you are directly under the barrier when your size is smallest.
